Rhesus factor is an antigen that exists on the surface of red blood cells. There are three alleles A, B and i. Four types of blood group an be formed by these alleles.
Blood group A having the combination either AA or Ai.
Blood group B with either BB or Bi.
Blood group AB with allelic combination AB Blood group O with allelic combination of ii.
The individual inherits one allele from the father and one from the mother, so environment doesn’t play any role in it.
