If the boiling point of any substance let's take a example of water increases then we have to provide water more heat than normal. Also The Time issue will be there.

Lpg that is used for cooking if water will take more time to boil then Wastage of Lpg also increases.

Also if the boiling point increases so much then it is also possible that we are not able to give that much heat to that thing
