how bt toxin is ineffected for bacteria itself?

It gets effective only after reaching gut due to digestive enzymes.

hey mate!

if I m not wrong BT toxin is infectious for larva (ballworm) not for bacteria.

actually larvae of ballworm have alkaline PH in therd guts when they get in contact with BT toxin prepered from bacteria Bacillus thurengienisis they get activated and creates pores in the gut of larvae which kills them.
