Burning calories while sleeping is a thought-provoking information which I came across while going through some health facts. We actually lose more calories while sleeping than being sitting idle and watching TV. There is a particular reason behind this real statement because while sleeping we don’t eat or munch on snacks. While watching TV, we get tempted to eat something by looking at the various ads of products. We get up every 30 minutes to eat or drink something while watching TV as our mind is idle and always keeps reacting to the food and drinks ads.
