1) People of the country have the right to participate in decision making whenever possible and necessary, that affects them all.

2) Democracy ensure that decision making will be based on the norms and procedure.So,a citizen who wants to know whether the decision was taken through correct procedure can find out.

3) The democratic govt is expected to develop mechanism for citizens to take part in decision making whenever they think fit.
