Answer:

Construct an angle of 60 degrees (A60). Bisect it (A60) to get an angle of 30 degrees (A30). Bisect it (A30) to get an angle of 15 degrees (A15). Bisect it (A15) to get an angle of 7.5 degrees (A7.5).

Now how to construct and angle of 60 degrees?

Draw a line say 8 cm long. Near the left end, mark a point A. With A as center and a radius of 6 cm draw an arc to cut the line at say B. With B as center and with the same radius (6 cm) cut the previous arc at C. Join AC. Angle BAC is 60 degrees. To bisect angle BAC, take a radius of say 4 cm and B as center draw an arc. Similarly, with C as center and with the same radius of 4 cm draw an arc to cut the arc draw with B as center. Let this point of intersection be D. Join AD. Angle BAD = 30 degrees. Continue to bisect angle BAD to get an angle of 15 degrees, and further repeat the process to get an angle of 7.5 degrees.
