How can a person be mentally retarded

A person can be mentally retarded because of three factors. The first is that the person may have suffered from a injury or illnesss in his/her childhood. The second is that it may be due to genetic factors, during combination of both gametes a problem may have occured. And the third one is this may occur due to some environmental factors or issues. A person who is mentally retarded have a very low IQ level .And don't want to be with any one. These persons need a special care and prevention.
