has is is used with singular nouns and have is used with plurals and I. had is used in the past for all nouns. been is added for the perfect continuous of both past and simple tenses

Example : Rohan has been working for the company for five years.

Have been is used in one or more number of person.
Example : Riya and Rohan have been working for five years in company.

Had been is used in past tense.
