Appreciation and understanding helps us to work together as a team in such a way that if we will appreciate a person for performing any kind of work well then they will try to do more good works for the whole team and understanding each other is also a quality of team work.....if we know the weakness of other is can work on it and if we know the strength it will also help in better quality of work......so at last these things helps in collective team work
