• In order to better sewage treatment, non-biodegradable waste shall not be allowed to move inside drains that block the same creating blockage.

Non-Degradeble waste should not be thrown in sewage system as it will block the sewage’s passage which may cause overflow in the surrounding areas or nearby areas making a reason for flood.(This is not a point answer but u can break the points from each sentence)
