How can factory wastes be treated before being discharged into the water bodies?

the discharge from the thermal factory is hot water bath water should be treated and cool down then should be discharge into the water bodies as it can harm the water bodies......

discharge from chemical factory is fertilizers and pesticides which should be treated before discharging in water as it can poison the water due to which the water bodies should die....

discharge from nuclear Thermal plant is nuclear waste which should be treated very carefully and also handled carefully before discharging in water bodies but this should not be discharge in water bodies it should be buried in uncultivable agricultural able land
