first u have to clear premils exam then mains then interview ....then u will get IAS ....

if you wanna join ips so firstly leave everything and start just study. and do nothing just study.feel everything in study dont try to learn anly understand.don't .be learn loudly only quitly. don't to much follow to ather.our life lime a race but not a race.no one come to be able to come frunt of you and kill your wishes.
