3 1/3 = (3*3 + 1)/3 = 10/3

now we have to make both denominators same

The denominators are 3 and 7. LCM is 21.

So make both the denominators as 21.

So 23/7 = 23*3/7*3 = 69/21

and 10/3 = 10*7/3*7 = 70/21
