If you mean with a straightedge and a compass like the ancient Greeks, it’s impossible. The only trisect-able angles are multiples of 90 degrees. Here we’d need to trisect 240 degrees, not a multiple a ninety so not possible. Maybe it’s better to say if we could construct 80 degrees then we could trisect 240 degrees, which we know we can’t.

In general an integer number of degrees not a multiple of three is not a constructible angle
