It is completely possible. Use a ruler to draw one of the measured segments. (13cm, for example.) put one end of a compass at the 0 mark on a ruler, and the other end at one of the measurements. (8cm or 6 cm.) The measurement of the segment is now copied to the compass. Put the sharp end of the compass on one end of the segment you have drawn, (13cm) and with the other end, draw a sort of 1/4 circle from the segment to up above it. Get your ruler again, and measure the last segment with your compass. (8cm or 6cm, whichever has not been used.) place the sharp end of the compass on the other end of your first segment, (13cm) and draw part of a circle from the segment until it meets up with the 1/4 circle of the other segment you measured. Get your ruler, and connect the segments from the two ends of the 13 cm segment to where your meet-up point is. You have your Triangle.
