how can i feel light?

well....,
i always feel light, because i never mind what others say and i always try to be positive minded, and be polite to yourself and others, and then you will realize that after all the world is not "that" mean, as you not lying to yourself !!!

I will tell in my way what i do to feel light.....

I just go and sit under the shower. It feels cool ..........

Then I sit near the cooler or Ac to feel more Cool............

Then i massage my hair with Oil it release all pains............

Then my Last Step is open google and search for best jokes...........
