Answer  : If a  person is blocked by you.Just follow the steps to unblock him/her...

1) Open your account  through a  website that is brainly.in...

2) Now just click click on the friends opt which is showing by two peoples.

3) Just search the name of the user which have been blocked by you.

3) His / Her profile will open than just click on "write message opt on his profile..

4) A bar will appear of Unblock in blue..

5) Just click on tthta..

6) Now message him / her..
