Firstly English is just a language like Hindi. So don't be upset or don't be demotivate.
You can learn english by following ways
1. Try to learn at least one word meaning a day. If you want to speak english you have to build up a good vocabulary. As much words you know the better will be your english.
2. Try to listen english songs or watch movies in english. this will help you to understand what other person is saying.
3. Try to translate the Sentence from the language you know into english.
4. Read grammar books and try to solve the problems like fill in the blanks with preposition, find out noun from the Sentence etc.
5. Talk to yourself in front of the mirror in english. This is highly recommended. This will increase your confidence and you will never get into trouble while talking in english.
you cannot learn anything without dedication and practice. Do your best and you will get what you want.
