How can I learn Sanskrit easily? I find it very hard to learn.

See , learning Sanskrit is a quite easy task and you can even learn it better by following the given steps below :
1. Learn each and every meaning of the word which you find difficult.
2. Never ignore the translations of those lines which you don't understand.
3. Try to read the translation again and again.
4. Never hesitate to ask any problem from your teacher.
5. Try to pronounce each and every Sanskrit letter.

But I don't understand the meaning of most of the words. And I am worst in grammer
Don't worry.. Install Sanskrit dictionary from playstore and serach the given word there...
Maybe it's helpful..
