At first u should be stress free, cool and happy.
Secondly whenever u study u should be studying with full concentration.
Third I should not worry about the results.
As your marks does not describe about u anything.
All that describes u is in your field in which u are talented and also your creativity describes u.

Hey ..... so I'm not goin' to give you cliche answers(like be cool, calm, time table, manage time properly and stuff). I think hard work plus smart work do the best. Even if you study for one hour, do it with great sincerity. I think music helps the most(telling from personal experience). Also I would advice you to stay away from social media(may sound impossible to some insta obsessed).
You can read books or listen to music to chill out. Also, being an BTS ARMY I would recommend you to listen KPOP music.
