How can i recognize the type of salt ( acidic or basic) ? Is there any shortcut to know wether the salt is acidic or basic??

Depending upon the strength of the acids or bases, you will be able to determine whether the salt is acidic or basic in nature.. Weak acid and Weak base, when reacted, the formed salt can be neutral... but if any of them is more stronger than the other one, the forming salt can have the pH of the stronger one (acidic or Basic).
