Here are some of the best tips I can share:

■ Think twice before you speak and act.

■ Take breaks between your work and study.

■ Often be passionate about what you love to do. If you are not passionate about anything or tied inside a confusion, go try some new activities and learn new things.

■ Make an aim to make someone happy once a day. It could be a friend, a neighbour or even your own family.

■ Exercise and meditate Atleast twice a week.

■ Avoid arguments and violence with the people you care about.

■ Try to be simple and be happy with what you have.

You can reduce your temper by meditation, listening songs of your choice, spending some time alone, and go near the nature or sharing your problems with whom you want.
