how can i reduce sleep in class

to reduce your sleep in classe you should take little amount of caffien in breakfast only little amount ie you can eat chocolate because in chocolate there is little amount of cafffien. this is because caffien keeps persob attentive

first of all I would like to tell you that if you want to active in your class instead of sleep so before attaining the class you make sure that you must sleep last night well without any disturbance . you can reduce your sleep when you will think about your future it can be reduced because you will thik about your future and mind will go toward the study second one is you have to give full focus on your study with chewing chocolate if that not work so you have to drink water time to time . another is you can write anything whenever you in class which will keep you busy and you will not feel sleepy
