2 open change password
3 change password
4 enter ur email
5 write ur new password
6 click okk
7 password changes

Press log in... Then it will ask ur username and password.... Enter you username.. Nd there would be a option(question mark) click on that.. Nd type ur email-id... Then,ull get a notification... Press it.. Nd from there u can reset ur password
