the best option of study is to create a schedule of ur study.

you can create your schedule in your phone, on a paper or in any book. there are a lot of applications in our phone for schedule.

there are a lot of option, some of them i know are:
- create a time table or schedule.
- use timer of 30 mins for study and take 5 mins break.
- remember you just have 5 second to start a work, otherwise your brain will start saying not to do this work.
- create an index and write their ur time when u study and what did u study.
- dont study a subject continuously for a long time period. study just for 30 mins and take a break.

i always follow all there tips. i use my phone just for a short time. i mute my all applications like all notification apps.
to be a topper in just a week we have to study every day for a short - short time period, just for 30 mins or 1 hours and also use a timer whil u are doing study.
