You asked for how to unblock someone whom you blocked either by will or by mistale.
First of all.. There is no option of unblocking in Brainly App.
but you can unblock someone by using website.
Before it, make sure that you remember your username and password.
So.....
Let me tell you Step by Step -----
First of all, Go and open any internet browser... eg. chrome, uc, firefox ....etc.
After opening open following link....
brainly.in
Then sign in with your username and password.
After signing in, the most important thing is searching for that user.
You can search him/her by some of following methods......
If he/she has answered any of your question.. then you can find easily.
Next ... is checking him/her in your friends list........
Lastly search him by going to search option ......
After You get him/her....
Click on his/her name or profile picture... then you will be redirected to new window where you can see user's profile. There in the middle you will see "Write a message". Click on write message ....
Then after opening new window....
It will say that "You have blocked this user. and below it an option of Unblocking will be shown ....
"UNBLOCK".
Sometimes it will take minutes in opening.
So wait or try again
Click on it and chat with......

Well as my fellow brother Rehan has already answered it in very very detail so I would not go in that much detail rather tell the important things.
Well to unblock any person on Brainly, first of all you wouldn't be able to unblock him/her using the Brainly app rather as REHAN mentioned by going to any web browser and opening Brainly website, i.e Brainly.in
Then you may open your account and just search that person's username by the different means again explained by REHAN in details, so search that person's name, open his profile then you'll see an option as, "WRITE MESSAGE" click on that, a pop up will appear saying you have blocked this user do you want to unblock so n so then click on UNBLOCK and there you go.
Then you may chat with that person anytime you want.
