you go to inbox messages and you can see a unblock button and click it

hii friend!!

to unblock anyone...
1. go to his/her profile
2. go to "type message"(in site) or the icon present (phone)
3. after that..u will get an option " unblock".
4. click it and its done

but it is not possible to unblock a person who has blocked u....in this case, he/she has to unblock u.
