social anarchy is a situation where there is no actual division of society and the citizens do not have the sense of unity. anarchy is the condition where individuals fight to attain the top power. our government has witfully crafted a system which prevents this by establishing rules and regulations for the whole nation. it gives us a set of fixed laws that every citizen of the country is mandated to follow. if individuals are given excess liberty or are exempted from following these laws, they will no more think of the government as a body of power and will try to establish the dominance of their own community or group.
