one can control photochemical smog by controlling pollution. By controlling pollution Not only photochemical smog will reduce all other things will also be reduced because is the major problem are formed because of pollution only.

There are few behavior changes can be done by everyone to reduce smog  

1. Usage of motor vehicles should be reduced

2. Cars should be maintained in the proper condition

3. In order reduce the evaporation of fuels; fuel up in night or early morning

4. Avoiding the usage of products which release VOCs

5. Avoiding the use of gas-powered lawn mowers  

The above mentioned points are steps to decrease the production of smog. But it won't be an ultimate step to stop, we must find a way to do so.
