how can release the tiger which trapped in a wax cage by use of water

first boil the water then fall that water on wax cave . I hop you got it

Pour hor water over the cage. The heat of water will raise the temperature of the cage. This will melt the cage and the tiger can come out.

P.S. A wax cannot keep a tiger confined within its walls. There is no need of water at all!!!!
