How can Spongebob move if he is Sea Sponge ? Does it count that if he is a sea sponge, he is still drawn like a kitchen sponge?

See, sponge Bob is a work of fiction and so that is why in the cartoon he is able to move. But, in the case of reality, then he would be stuck to the ground! And also, even if he was a kitchen sponge, he would absorb the water and would become so heavy, that he cannot walk. So, in both cases it is not possible in reality for sponge Bob to walk.
