a spoon(metal) can sound like a bell when u hit it with another spoon or a metallic object.

the concept is that when u hit an metallic object with another..this causes vibrations.a bell consists of a metal hammer which strikes a metal surface...or say a gong...which cause vibrations..and we get to hear the sound...
