Answer:

Submarine : submarine have huge empty tanks in it

Sink: empty tanks are filled with water and density of the submarine increase against water so it start sinking

Rise : to rise up water is thrown out of tanks and air comes in due to which submarine become hollow and rise up as density decrease

Whales or fishes : fishes have specal bladder in them which act as air chamber

Rise:when fish have to rise up the air is filled in chamber and density decrease due to air so it start rising

Sink:to go back in water they release the air from chamber and fill water due to which density increase and they sink

sorry don't know second question but hope you understand this explaination. THANK YOU
