=2+5√3 = a/b

squaring on both sides

= (2+ 5√3) ²= (a/b )²

= 2² +75+10√3 = a²/b²

= 10√3 = a²/b² - 4-75

= a²/b²-79

= 10√3 = a²-79b² / b²

√3 = a² -79b² /10b²

RHS is in the form of p/q

but it contradicts the fact that √3is an irrational number
