The unity of India lies in its diversity but at times it could harm us. The diversity in religion and caste harm us when the politicians and other anti- social elements use the differences among communities to satisfy their political ambitions.
It could harm us when there is a feeling of inferiority and superiority or discrimination and prejudice among the people of diverse communities. The oppression and suppression among lower castes and minorities would be very harmful. Stereotypes also widens the gap and discrimination among communities and it is very harmful for us.
All the things mentioned above would be very harmful for the unity and integrity of India. It always creates secessionist and isolationist tendencies among minorities. It emboldens our enemies to run their anti-India propaganda and activities in India.
