Answers
Answer:
The President of India are vested with great powers and duties. However, if the president fails to function properly then he can be removed by a parliamentary procedure which is popularly called impeachment.
The impeachment can be initiated on a number of grounds, the most obvious being the violation of the Constitution of India. The resolution in this regard can be initiated in either of the houses of the Indian Parliament.
However, in order to have this resolution passed, at least two-third of the members of the originating House should be for the motion.
Fortunately, there's no case of President's impeachment till date in India.
