The President can only be removed by the process of impeachment for violation of the constitution.
The impeachment can be initiated by either house of the parliament.These charges are then signed by 1/4th members of the house and 14 days notice is given to the president.After impeachment resolution is passed by a majority of 2/3rd of the total membership of the house,it is then send to other house to investigate the charges.
If the other house also sustains the charges and passes the impeachment with a majority then the President is removed from the office.
