Reaction:
2H₂O₂ -----> 2H₂ + O₂
According to Le-Chatlier's principle, reducing pressure will shift the reaction towards lesser number of moles.
So reducing pressure increases decomposition.
Since the reaction is exothermic, increasing the temperature shifts the reaction towards left.
So, decreasing temperature increases decomposition.
