How can three resistance of resister 2 ohm , 3ohm and 6 ohm can be connected to give a total resistance of 4 ohm ?

2 ohm should be connected is series with parallel connection of 3 ohm and 6 ohm...

1/Rp=1/3+1/6=(2+1)/6=3/6=1/2

Rp=2

Now,

Rs=Rp+2=2+2=4
