In series

R1+R2+R3

3+3+3=9 OHM

In parallel

1/R1+1/R2+1/R3

1/3+1/3+1/3=3 OHM

Awiseman: in parallel the answer is 1 ohm
Awiseman: you should know that
Awiseman: that3/3=1
