if u want to learn eng then read eng newspaper and find the words in dictionary to know the meaning

try to converse other in english

first read all the english books you have...
second watch english films..
third give a little speech in english infront of your parents ...that will encourage you..
fourth read english newspaper....
and last try to pronounce each and every word by speaking in loud voice....
