Here are Some points that I followed to avoid Social Media-

• From Morning set time table for full day and follow it.
• When you think of using social media think of your dreams that you want to achieve in your life.
• When your mind say that Use Social Media then at time see your mother father working full day hard for you.Father earn money for you .Mother take care of you full day.
• Never Stop Hard working.

For Succes there is no Shortcut only Hard work you have to do.
