1 ) Seperate treatment for different classes of person- the one main guiding principal of equality is that all people should treated alike but varying needs of different classes of person require special n seperate treatments . For ex- for disabled,blinds,deafs students have to be provided special schools.
2) Affirmative actions - means a deliberate policy of giving preferential treatment to some disadvantages groups in the society. Such actions have been taken to help women, the disabled, the minorities and the racial groups.
3). Following steps have been taken to maintain equality: a. In India, we have reservations of seats for the SCs, STs, OBCs in lok sabha and legislative assembly. b. Other than reservations the minorities are given many consessions such as relaxation in age limit.
