1-Through afforestation

2- Grazing should be controlled and overgrazing should be avoided

3- Stabilization of sand dunes by planting thorny bushes to hold the sandy soil

4- Controlled mining should be done

5- Industrial affluents should be treated before releasing .

6-Over-irrigation  must be avoided and crop plants should be irrigated with optimum amount of water at appropriate time.
