An object which is positively charged looses its electrons and donates its electrons to the negatively charged object which needs to be stable.

Positively charged object has excessive of protons than electrons.

Negatively charged object has excessive of electrons than protons.

Actually nuetral atom has same no.of electrons and no. of protons.
