How can we distinguish between a plane mirror, convex and concave mirror without touching?

Look at these Mirrors one by one.
In one of the Mirrors you will observe an erect image of the same size as the object and also as far behind the mirror as the object is in front of it.It is a plane mirror.
In another mirror, the image is always diminished and erect .This is the convex mirror.
In the third mirror, the image will appear erect and very large when seen by placing face near the mirror. However when the face is placed at a distance, the image will be always inverted. This mirror is the concave mirror.

a plane mirror has a flat surface, gives a virtual and erect image, gives same size images and gives images at the same distance from the mirror as the object
a convex mirror gives a virtual image, diminished, and erect image. it will be curved outwards
a concave mirror generally gives a real and inverted image, varies it size (from point size to highly magnified) and is curved inwards
