let 0.6 bar be taken as x
0.6 bar=0.666666...........
as x is 0.6666.....
so 10x be 6.666666.........
So now Acoording to question
10x-x= 6.6666.....-0.6666.......
9x=6
x=6/9
x=2/3
so 0.6666....... in the form of p/q is 2/3
