How can we feel that magnetic field exist around a wire carrying current?

METHOD..1
Presence of magnetic field around a current carrying wire can be detected by the placing a compass needle near it ...if that compass shows some deflection that indicates rhe presence of magnetic field.....
METHOD..2
A current carrying wire can attract another wire carrying current in same direction.
and
repel if the current in another wire is in opposite direction.
.....Direction of magnetic field can be known by RIGHT HAND THUMB RULE.....,where
your thumb➡➡gives direction of current and
curls of your finger➡➡give the direction of magnetic field..............
