Question

How can we find the difference between this,
if white sugar cost 5kg in 10dhs,
and brown sugar of 1kg in 10dhs.
So which is better one not only by cost wise but by health wise also pls help me out.
to get me out of this situation.

white sugar is very polished and refined but brown sugar is not refined. same like white rice and brown rice.

Brown sugar is good for health. also 1 kg of brown sugar is equal to 5 kg of white sugar.
