Take 7/5 common and then, 7/5 ( 5/12 - 3/12 ). 7/5 × 2/12, 7/5 × 1/6 so that the right answer is 7/30.

It is simply using the distributive property that has to discover with over addition.

This could suppose to multiply by 3 by the sum of and according to this; you will get the right answer.

Answer:

7/30

Explanation:

7/5 × [-3/12] + [7/5 × 5/12]
